InstaConnect reads the contact details from a business card image you upload and — when you enable it and approve the message — sends a follow-up email from your connected Gmail account. Extraction uses automated text recognition and AI, so results can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing what is sent.

You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for lawful business purposes. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

The service runs on prepaid credits. One credit is consumed each time a card is processed. Credits are deducted when processing begins, so a card that yields no usable email still consumes a credit. Credits do not expire and accumulate across purchases. Prices and the applicable GST treatment shown at checkout apply to that purchase; we may change plan pricing for future purchases at any time. Free credits granted on signup or as goodwill carry no cash value and are not refundable.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Card and banking details are entered on the gateway and are not received by us. Credits are added to your balance once payment is verified. If a payment succeeds but credits are not reflected, contact us with your payment reference and we will reconcile it.

Emails are sent from your own Gmail account, under your name and reputation. You are solely responsible for the content you send and for complying with applicable anti-spam, data protection and marketing laws. You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, deceptive or unlawful content, or to contact people who have asked you not to. You confirm you have a legitimate basis for contacting the people whose cards you upload.

We may suspend sending, or an account, where we detect abuse, spam complaints or activity that puts the service or other users at risk.

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not resell or share access; do not upload content you have no right to process; do not use the service to build or enrich data sets for onward sale.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on third parties (hosting, AI extraction, Google, payment gateway) and may be affected by their outages or by planned maintenance.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost business, lost opportunities or damage arising from inaccurate extraction or from emails you chose to send. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently. Unused credits on an account terminated for breach are forfeited.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be reflected here, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
